How to serve buttercream cake/how long is it fresh?
Buttercream cakes should be kept refrigerated until 5 hrs before serving. They should sit at room temp for 5 hours before serving. The cake will last for 10 days in the fridge.
Where can I park?
We have a small parking lot at the back of the bakery. If not available, there is public town parking on both sides of the bakery.
What if I can't arrive at my pick up time?
Please call the bakery ASAP to reschedule if you won't be able to pickup that day. We will hold items, but cannot guarantee they will remain fresh.
Can I cancel my order?
Per our Policy, orders canceled within 24 hours of pickup/delivery are NOT subject to a refund.
Orders canceled 48hrs or more from pickup/delivery date are subject to a partial or full refund at the discretion of the bakery.
What if I need my order sooner than 48 hours?

Our team will do our best to assist you. Your order will depend on our availability for the designated time of pickup/delivery. Accepted orders are subject to a $20 Rush Fee.
Do you have Gluten Free cakes?

*Note: We do not bake in an allergen-free environment. While we do have select products that do not contain wheat or nuts, all of our products are baked in an environment where wheat, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs and soy may be present in high volumes. Due to the presence of these allergens at our baking facility, we do not recommend consuming any of our desserts if you are allergic to wheat, nuts, dairy or eggs.
Do you have dairy free items?
Yes! Our orange coconut loaf, GF banana bread and our vegan items: date energy balls & raspberry oat bars.
Do you have eggless dessert options?
Yes! our apple and blueberry pie, rolled cookies, maple pecan snow cookies, GF/V raspberry oat bars, and V date energy balls
Can I taste test any desserts?
Yes! Please come by our café located at 203 West Weaver St, Carrboro, NC 27510. We offer fresh pastries and other sweet treats daily from same menu online. You can even pair your dessert with a drink from our full espresso bar.
Do you offer wedding cake tastings?
Yes! You can order for a tasting box on our regular menu.
Can I consult a cake design/catering options with you?
